The first two tribes competing in Survivor are the Pagong tribe and the Tagi tribe. The first 16 survivors were spilt up and had to build a society where they could co-exsist
with the others on their team. They had to compete in various immunity challenges to win the all-important immunity
idol. When their tribe won immunity they wouldn't have to go to tribal counsel where they would have to ultimately
decide who they are going to vote out of the tribe.
